Dogfood case study

We ran ourselves through Marshall Intelligence

Marshall Network Services · Lexington, Kentucky · Human accountability the whole way

Artificial intelligence may assist human decision-making, but responsibility always remains with humans.
Authority cannot be automated.

We did not only sell Marshall Intelligence — we used it on ourselves. Free Snapshot → workbook-format depth → human-owned fixes → measurable movement. Tools assist. We own what we decide next.

The path

What we actually did

Step 1 · Free

Snapshot (baseline)

Public signals showed gaps worth owning: schema issues, unclear Lexington geography in places, and a fragmented MNS / AA / MAGRS story. Same class of deliverable prospects receive free.

Step 2 · Paid path beyond free Snapshot

Workbook (now part of the Deep Dive)

Same report format as the Snapshot — deeper body. Prioritized actions with owners and timelines. Internal dogfood of the product clients buy.

Step 3 · Human-owned fixes

We applied the marching orders

Schema.org JSON-LD, explicit Lexington + nationwide narrative, unified story on primary pages, intake performance work. Not “the AI fixed it.”

Step 4 · Proof

Delta after the work

Re-check against baseline. Evidence that the process moves the public picture when humans own the follow-through.

Human-owned fix week

Re-scan vs baseline

“We didn’t just sell Marshall Intelligence — we ran Marshall Network Services through it. The free Snapshot showed the gaps. The Workbook gave marching orders. We applied the fixes ourselves. Human accountability the whole way.”
