Authority cannot be automated.

This principle governs the entire MAGRS framework.

## AI Readiness Definition

An organization is AI Ready when it has documented its use of artificial intelligence, established boundaries for its use, and assigned human responsibility for AI-assisted outcomes.

The following artifacts represent the minimum evidence required to demonstrate AI readiness:
